I've never has an issue. Quick and considerate. Hannah (I believe that that is her name) is so incredible. She's the absolute best. She is kind and knowledgeable. She remembers details about me and my car, even if I haven't been there in months...which is so huge. I look forward to seeing her each time. The man in the desk next to her (I don't know his name) gives me more in depth details, which I really appreciate. He is always personable and talks to me as a person and not a faceless customer. They both express concern and safety issues with unexpected issues with my car, without being pushy.
